Nadiya's coat looks a
little wet in this
picture, that is because
she grooms herself
constantly. Her
main occupation during
the day is to keep
herself spotlessly clean.
Nadiya is my
Red and White Classic Ragdoll in clever Norwegian Forest
Cat disguise. She will jump up on my lap, and
just fall over. I am expected to catch
her. Whenever I reach down to pick her up
from the floor, she just goes limp. She
loves to be cradled on her back in my arms, like a
baby.
When she first arrived at our home from the
Airport, she stepped out of her carrier purring
loudly, walked right into my arms, and kissed me
on the mouth. (Not licked, mind you,
kissed). I didn't know cats kissed, I
thought they licked. She will also take my
face (or yours, it matters not) between her two
paws, and lick with great heartfelt passion,
kneading every ounce of sweetness she can get
from you.
She will continue to do this until you stop her.
She is my sweet, soft, feminine, graceful
Southern Belle, who carries herself like a
Queen.
Many thanks forever
to Kelsey and Candace Harding, from Tre Tap
Norwegian Forest Cattery, for trusting us with Nadiya.
